ExploreEvery cup we make is a paper product first. This is the chain of custody from managed forest to the reel that enters our factory.
Paper begins with wood fibre. Ask our team about the sourcing documentation available for your chosen material.
Fibre is separated, washed and screened. No fillers, no plastic core.
Pulp is formed, pressed and dried into food-grade cupstock at fixed grammage.
A thin PE or water-based dispersion layer is applied to the liquid-contact face.
Coated board is wound into master reels and shipped to Ajman.
Master reels are slit to the exact web width each cup size requires.

The reel is printed flat, die-cut into fan-shaped blanks, then wrapped, sealed and rimmed on the forming line. Wall type is decided here.
One printed, barrier-coated board wrapped and side-seam sealed. The standard cup for most service.
A second printed jacket is wrapped around the inner cup with an air gap between. Insulated, no sleeve needed.

The top edge is curled outward to stiffen the cup and give the lid a positive seal. Rim diameter drives lid compatibility.
